Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, you must do so within 14 days from the delivery date, and the product must be in perfect condition as it was delivered. If the product does not have a manufacturing defect, the buyer will have to pay for the return shipping if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the replacement is not due to our fault. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.
Note
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:
- Damage caused by accident
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading or damage caused by sun exposure
Returns/exchanges for products in contact with water will not be accepted. If the return is caused by the consumer, they will be responsible for shipping costs. Specific costs should be based on the carrier you choose. If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs in such cases.
Refunds
Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items
- Intimate items
- Gift cards
- Customized items
- Digital products
