Shipping and Tracking: Purchases made in our store have a 3 to 5 business day processing period before they are dispatched. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as the product is shipped.

Delivery Time: The estimated average delivery time for products is 7 to 15 business days after the product is shipped. In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few days due to delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at carriers, and other situations beyond our control. The delivery time varies according to the region and the efficiency of the delivery services, which can vary greatly from one region to another.

Separate Shipments: If the order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

Filling in the Delivery Address: The delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase.

Change of Delivery Address: Please pay attention when filling in the delivery address to ensure delivery within the established timeframe. Please note that it cannot be changed after 48 hours of placing the order on the website, as within this period, the product is already being prepared for shipment. It is also not possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours; in this case, you need to wait for the product to be delivered to proceed with the return and then receive a full refund.

Tracking Code Information: As this is an international shipment, tracking information may appear 5 to 8 business days after the tracking code is sent.

Delivery Attempt and Reshipment: In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier, your order may be held at the agency waiting to be picked up. If it is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender abroad. Once reshipment is confirmed, the delivery time will start from the date of this new date, which will be recorded in the order details.
